I know he’s really popular but I’d love to get Raymond aaa. He’s adorable and he reminds me of my favorite character from another video game I find calming. I’ve been stressed out a lot lately due to having to work during these times, so I’d love to have something that soothes me lol.

Feel like I might as well take a shot in the dark here.
I lost my campsite method Raymond due to accidentally letting the day roll over and I'm just a big mess right now. I don't have the extra disposable income to buy 3000 NMT on ebay to even have a chance at bidding, or the $20- $40 dollars he's going for on eBay.
I spent 2 whole days nearly nonstop doing the campsite method for him and I can't believe I messed up this bad when he was finally in my grasp. He's my very last dreamie and he'd definitely have a forever home with me if I ever get him.
Hello! I would like Raymond because cats are really beloved to me! I grew up with cats so when I first saw Raymond he became a favourite especially because of his adorable features like his heterochromia and his glasses. Other than that I have a lot of normal female villagers so Raymond would add some variety to my island.
I'm hoping to enter for Raymond because of how classy and unique of a character he is. Ever since I first heard about him, his chatacter is slowly starting to grow on me. Plus smug cats= best cat :3

Reason: It'll probably come off strange, but I'll just be honesty, aha. I didn't actually like Raymond at first until I saw his dialogue. Once I did he ended up sounding/acting like one of my OCs named Patches (who is a neko, fight me, I was an 11 year old weeb and I can't bring myself to turn him human) whom I made when I was about ~11ish or so (am 22 now.) He's been one of my oldest characters who's changed a lot over the years and I treasure him dearly to this day. He and my other OCs helped me out of pretty tough situations growing up through roleplaying and making friends online and eventually IRL once I hit middle school. I'd love to have Raymond to sort of in a way have Patches there with me on my island.

I want to enter to win Sherb for my best friend. She really wants him and I’ve been trying to find him for her for weeks, but I keep getting outbid every time I try to get him for her. Sherb is just the sweetest little goat in the game and it would mean so much if I was able to gift her Sherb.
First off, I think you are an amazing person for doing this, especially since you could make hundreds of millions of bells for either one of these villagers. If you decide to cancel this, I would totally understand! I’ve been searching for Raymond over the internet and such for the past 3 weeks! He is my birthday buddy, and I have a friend named Raymond as well! My friend, Raymond, has glasses and kinda looks like the cat, so I think it would be hilarious if I could get him in my town! Also, Raymond (cat not friend) is just adorable, and I love his smug personality. I’ve spent 110 NMT so far trying to find him (I figured it would be cheaper to find him then buy him) but to no avail. He’s the last dreamie I need to complete my town and finally move on to terraforming!! Thank you so much for the giveaway, you are truly an amazing person!
After obtaining both of their pictures, I'm now ready to give away Raymond and Sherb to people that will appreciate them! The rules for entering the giveaway are simple: if you want either Sherb or Raymond, reply to this thread (do not PM me) stating which villager you want and the reason why. Your reason could be literally anything, even something as simple as thinking they're cute. After the submission period ends, I'll choose 2 winners: one for each villager.
A few quick notes:
Neither of them are currently in boxes/have asked to leave. I'll start TTing them out after I choose the winners.
Both Sherb and Raymond are 100% original. The only gifts I gave them were fruit.
An open plot is not necessary. If I pick you, then I don't mind waiting until you're ready to receive the villager. I can hold onto Raymond for a non-TTer but I really want Sherb out soon.
If you are a winner, please do not resell the villager I give you (especially Raymond). I want them to go to forever homes, not to be used to make a profit.
