Well after a quick look around their posts/threads, it certainly seems that they are using their power saves for this. They even said in their cycling thread that they can "get villagers in boxes automatically." I guess they're ignoring you because they don't want everyone to know that they're hacking? lol

Yeah this is breaking the rules lol, I know I asked for some stuff a couple of days ago but that was before I realised she was hacking to get stuff, she should be banned.
