Can you accept BTB or are you looking for in-game bells only? I can offer 1 mil in-game bells
and I currently have 10 villagers but hopefully with that moving date, I can move out someone... I'd love to have her with Chrissy together!

To be fair, i really don't understand this forum so the bells things.. arent.. i... i have no idea what they are for.
1 million bells is perfectly fine for Francine, hopefully you have space by the time she moves

Lol that's fine, I didn't understand it either for a while. With the current rate, 100 BTB (Bell Tree Bells) = 5 mil in-game, so if you prefer in-game bells, you can sell your BTB here. Some people also prefer BTB since it's faster to transfer than dropping bells or using the Retail method. You can also use it to buy stuff, be it game items or other things in the TBT marketplace so it's pretty useful!
