I've decided to let go of Francine, as I really need Whitney to move, and I need some new villagers ;-;
She's not very original, she's not wearing the same shirt or has the same catchphrase. Her house isn't original either, but there are a few blue pieces in there that fit her theme.
I think 7 mil for her is fair, or 200 tbt. Also looking for Mira or Phoebe.
I prefer Re-Tail Method, as that is faster than dropping bells. There is a 7-11 ABD in the basement of Lurai's house, so you can go there to get bells quicker. If you choose to do in-game bells, we MUST do payment first.
She is moving on the 5th of October (currently on September 30th in my town).
