edit: The person I was giving Francine to hasn't come online (it's now 11:40pm and I've waited since 11am) so I'm in quite a panic to give Francine a home before she gets voided!!
I have found out she's a tier 2 in popularity but I'm willing to take 1-3 mil IGB, items or haggle even lower considering time is very short and I'm a new tbt user

sure thing, snooty villagers don't sleep until 2am so there's about 90 minutes left!
