The time has come for me to say goodbye to francine, so I am looking to trade her for Rosie. I am cycling out Francine right now so can have her ready for you today or tomorrow the latest(depending on which day is better for you). But would love to trade her for rosie if possible so I can have a complete town!

That's very nice of you! I personally just go by who comments first, and then if that person is willing to give them up or doesn't want them, then the second person who wants them.
If you decide to let Francine go then anyone else who wants her it would have to be for tbt, as that's more then likely what I will need to get rosie ><
I just got the move out date for the 16th from her! I'll be holding her until Tuesday the latest for anyone who has rosie otherwise she will go to Crashing Waves!
