Fountain?

I see that some people have fountains (near the front gate i think) in their town. Is it new in ACCF? and how do you get it? is it already there?

you have to donate about 1,000,000 bells i think to your town funds and they will build a fountain (I think its 1million bells but not sure.)

No it's 500000 bells for the fountain. But before that you have to donate 200000 for the new bridge

does the town fund add up like when u pay 200k for the bridge do u only have to pay 300k for the fountain and 500k for the lighthouse/windmill?

200k+300k=500k+500k=1,000,000 bells?
