Alright guys I found a really easy way to cycling without going years at a time! Let me explain these simple steps!

~1) Make sure you have the building house plot. The plot you get before a villager moves in.

~2) TT 5 days. Doing this will make a villager go into boxes!

~3) After a villager has been adopted, TT one day so they are really out. You can also just TT one day to get that villager out too.

~4) Now You have to TT 7 days (1 week) And this will put a new Building House plot!

~5) Repeat!

This is all you have to do! I'm using it myself and you can somewhat choose what villagers you want to move out!
All you have to do for that is to talk to a villager(s) and they CAN Say if someone is moving out. If ya don't want that villager to move out, just have them ping you and tell them "No! You will ever leave this place! MWAHAHAHAHA"

If you have any questions ask down below or Pm/Vm me! I am still testing the keeping villagers part so I will update you guys in a couple days about that! Tell me what you think about this new method! AND HAVE FUN CYCLERS!

Huh... I have a cycling method I use already that's fairly easy, but maybe I'll try this one!

The one I do is where you go one year, then one year, then 5 days. I'm impatient and it's fast and simple c: However you can't choose who's going to leave with that method, so I will probably try yours.

So someone will have to ping you on the day you have the house plot right? Otherwise you tt one week and poof whoever is gone.

Guys, im still working and testing with the whole keeping a certain villager. I should have the answer by the end of next week (not going to be here tomorrow and most of sunday) please be careful until then. It will most likely be sooner but just keep track of this. You can help each other out with this if you would like to as-well!

The method I use is sort of a variant of the 1 year method. When someone is in boxes, I TT back 1 year 5 days, then TT 1 year forward, and then 5 days forward so I'm always on the same dates. I don't mind this way because I don't care who moves out in my town as it's purely for cycling, but maybe I'll try the other way when I set up my new town.

This is also a huge thing for people that may want to try to cycle there dreamies in instead of buying! I know a lot of the methods, I was just supper pumped when I found a new way! I can go through like 3 villagers in 10 minutes with this!

Wait Hold on.. Explain this to me like I'm stupid.
I wait until the plot shows up, If the plot is someone I don't want and just to get rid of I go five days forward and that person will automatically be in boxes?

no, okay so there is the plot. You TT to have someone random move out (as of right now) You keep the person that is in the plot, you have to. you can either void or sell/giveaway or whatever to the villager that's in boxes. you TT 1 day after you sold or whatever or just TT 1 day to void. Then TT 7 days to get new plot. And it starts over again!

Did that help a little? if not I will be able to respond on Sunday most likely!

Aaah I see, What I normally do is TT Two Days forward, Save Quit, TT Two days back and look for a pinger.

Well what happens is when you do the TT stuff the person who pings you generally will be the mover since Name/Catchphrase pings don't show until you have been playing for a while.

If the person is the mover they'll notify you and you can tell them to stay or go and you repeat. If I recall the post on Gamefaqs what you're supposed to do is talk to ever villager at least twice because apparently twice is the number of times it takes for them to mention a mover. It works for me and doesn't require me to jump years ahead.
