Hi there,

A quick question..

When you have completely filled your museum with fossils, do you still need to appraise them to get the bells?
I mean.. If i sell an fossil do i get the same bells as if it was appraised?

i think you still need to get them appraised? because even before your museum is full, you can't sell them until blathers has checked them.

You can sell un-appraised fossils, but they sell for much less. By getting Blathers to reveal what they are, they usually sell for more.

I've honestly always thought it would be sorta cool if, for completing your fossil collection, Blathers would give you an "identification book" or something that would basically make it so that fossils would automatically be appraised when you dig them up. Unfortunately, something like that does not currently exist in Animal Crossing.

Ooh, that would be very helpful. It saves the trek of going to the museum and back and then Going to retail.
