Is there a website or anything that allows you to easily track what fossils/fish/etc or any other items you have obtained?

I have an app for it on my android, it's called Animal Crossing: New Leaf Guide and the icon is a leaf on a green square, but it's not an Animal Crossing leaf. You can keep track of quite literally everything and it tells you what bugs and fish you can get right now
