Under my avatar it says i have some bells but i dont even have the game yet?

What are forum bells for?

forum bells are to be used at tbt. they can be used to buy sigs, avatars, special ranks, and many other things in the tbt forum store board.

Yeah, that is for using to buy things at this forum. You can't transfer them to AC:WW or transfer those here (that is impossible though

They are really usefull for the official TBT store named Bag o' Bells. Also if your thinking TBTS/TBG. You can't use your forum bells for it.
