Fortune Cookie Items - What do you do with them?

I stopped collecting them a month ago. The trouble of getting two cookies, opening them, exchanging them, finding out that it's a dupe of something I have... Yeah not worth it imo.

I do have a good amount of them in my museum though.

What do you do with yours?

Mostly put them in my museum. I'm still collecting them though, determined to get the Virtual Boy. Even more annoying is the fact I've Streetpassed someone who has it.

I normally don't buy them because there's not much I'm interested in having. My boyfriend and his sister buy them every day and have pretty much everything, so if there's something I want it's likely that one of them has a duplicate that they're willing to give to me for free. The ones I have bought I either give away or keep in my closet.

I only want #26 but I haven't gotten it so I keep trying. Mostly, I send the items to my villagers when I write them letters. I do have a few just sitting in my basement (which is a storage area) acting as room clutter, until I find something that looks even better to replace them. Heh.

I keep buying them. I want to get one of each, and then I'll stop. =P

I keep them in my Post Office. I made a throwaway character named "F. Cookie" and wrote a ton of letter to my main with the item name in and everything, then saved those letters at the Post Office and use them to store the Nintendo Items. I also use this method for other non-reorderable stuff I don't really want cluttering up my closets. =P

i still buying them everyday even after a month and i still have not gotten everything yet!!

i usually sell/give away the extras but will keep every copy of them as they are not reorderable...

I'm still buying them but I am getting bored of all the dupes. I'm liking that August seems to be taking a break from stocking them though.
