Cyrus can customize them to look like actual donuts

And I think the item you're talking about is something called a "berliner." It's a rare DLC item:

I can confirm all of these AND fun fact for the day... the Berliner item is actually a plate of doughnuts as Berliner is German for doughnut. =) German doughnuts don't have holes in them. =P
