How do you handle three towns? I'm HEAVILY considering getting a third game after the price drop. How do you guys with more than two towns keep track of them? I plan to turn the third copy into a cycling town for a while, but then once I'm done with cycling, I want it to be like the first town I had with random villager move ins and no dreamies or anything.

But how do you handle more than three?

i dont

i just lay on the floor and cry sometimes

that aside, i quit a couple copies at a time and play only the ones that im "working on" so to speak. so right now arendele, arkham and misaki are active, because im holding hamphrey for someone in arendele and waiting to move ruby there, im cycling arkham, and misaki is my main game so i try to play holidays on it. ill pick up the others when i want to t ake a break from these

it dropped a while ago, its 29.99 USD now.

I found that I only find time for my first and third towns now. My second town just sits alone unplayed. It seemed like a good idea at first, but I feel bad that I'm leaving my game to fall into ruin. D:

In the UK they like to just transfer numbers across, meaning we get cheated on consoles, games, PC equipment you name it. I am not stupid, $200 is NOT the same as ?200. >:(

Last I checked, ACNL was still going for ?35 in my local shops. Which is around $50 USD I think. Bah.

I couldn't handle a second game anyway; I can barely keep up with my one. Good grief Shirohibiki I don't know how you find time for sleep.

I have my other town on my other 3DS.. And now that they're having a price drop, im thinking of buying another one. But this time, I'll buy the digital copy.

I really want a second copy. The price in my country (UK) has seemed to stay the same. In most GAME shops, I'm lucky if I can find one single copy of the game as they appear to be slowly going away.

This will probably be when I've done a lot on my main town and want to find dreamies. My second copy would be a cycling copy, if I can find the time.

I'll probably end up making a power point to make my parents get me copy #2.

EDIT: My brother's birthday is in 4 days and I always end up with a gift so I don't feel left out, and same with my brother on my birthday. Will maybe get it then!

Hahaha! Would your parents appreciate a power point about why you need two copies of New Leaf? That's brilliant! :)

They'd probably see how much I want one and how much time I dedicated to the presentation, and then they'd say 'no', and then I'd say 'well if I can't get a bunny at least give me this', and then they'd be like 'ugh, fine.'

The end xD

I'm shocked to see how much ACNL costs in other countries.
In the USA I bought BOTH of my cartridges new from gamestop for I think $32 a piece. o.O
And I bought the first when the game just came out, and the second a bout a month and a half ago.

edit... and I know that some countries, like New Zealand, have more trouble getting games imported to be sold for that country ((still an insane cost, though)) , but somewhere like the UK being so much more surprised me.

Omg this.
In Australia it's currently $54-59. I bought my first copy for $54. My boyfriends copy for $52 from eBay. Then I just got my 3rd copy in a 2DS bundle for $170. The price of the actual game was just $20.

But I'm happy with just 2 copies. If my boyfriend doesn't like acnl ill thief his copy :3

I just picked up a second copy for myself from CEX, which is a brand of used media stores here in the UK. There they were selling a used copy for ?25.

-looks online-
Looks like it hasn't really dropped in the area of the USA I live in, yet.
$32.99 new, $29.99 used.

I might also buy another copy. I want to start up a new town, but I don't want to reset the town I have on my copy.

You Americans are so lucky to have low prices on games. The cheapest price for a copy of New Leaf in Sweden is $40.

I am not lying when I say this is really surprising to me.
I think the highest price I see for any 3DS Game ((that isn't like collectors or special physical items included)) is maybe $36?
Maybe if Nintendo would see about charging just a few dollars more to retails in USA to make the games at $40 a game they wouldn't be in such a financial pickle. o.O
Since other console games go for around $60-$65 new... I mean, if you want to argue portable should be cheaper, most PS Vita I see are $40 new. o.O
