Hello friends,
I am not a time traveler; however, I travel fairly frequently outside of my time zone. What do you do when you go on trips? Do you adjust your schedule accordingly (say, prepare for the stores to not open until noon local time)? Or do you adjust the internal clock for the time that you are out of your local time zone?

Maybe do the Early Bird or Night Owl ordinances? Need some ideas.

When I went to England I set my internal DS clock to the local time while I was still in the airport.

I am in this exact situation now, however I am not opposed to Time Traveling. I try to do it only when embarking on big projects though. When I came to visit my family I simply changed the date/time in-game to reflect the proper time in real life. Makes things less confusing for me. :3

I left my town on beautiful and changed the time with Isabelle for shopping and events. Main town is 4 hours behind.
I never use the 3DS clock because it effects Pokemon games. You can get locked out for trading and island tasks for 24 hours if you change the 3DS clock.

I appreciate you letting me know! This certainly matters!

Another question...if I create a second villager for a town, can that one time travel without the original (mayor) being affected? Presume I won't talk to any villagers with the second character.

Whenever I visit my partner I change the clock to match the time zone that I'm in. Otherwise things would be wacky haha, it's a 6-7 hour difference I think
