This is my first ever auction, so don't expect it to go well. The auction will end Sunday 1st Febuary at 8pm (annoyingly GMT plus zero time).

I'm celebrating changing my town's ordinance away from night owl by selling the last BOOT I caught whilst fishing. The new ordinance is the beautiful town one. I may never catch another boot, so I'm not offering a pair.

So if you've got a hankering urge to be the owner of this piece of trash please bid freely.

The catalogue guide price for this item is priceless**. The biding has been set by the town mayor Stephen. Although there is no reserve, the starting bid must be no less than 10,000 bells (in game bells). The item will be kept in the host town of Pimania for a resonable time after the auction for the purchaser to come and collect and/or dispose of.

Maybe go one better, two boots......Just think of all the Mayors of beautiful towns who just need that centrepiece, call it modern art....the Turner prize entry for Mr.Ninty.. I mean this might actually catch on......maybe not so Damien Hurst style....but perhaps who knows? Do you think Cyrus could mod some up?

This auction might even pay for my town hall remodelling at this rate.
