Flying Oddish Therory X And Y

Whats the best way to ask this without breaking any rules.

I want an oddish with fly and theres a story behind this.

Me and my old friend in school played pokemon all the time that was 14 years ago in the red blue yellow years.

So when we went out on the big feild in the back of the school we use to throw the weeds and think they wore oddishes.

since we glitched up my pokemon red that still works and not glitched after 14 years.

So an oddish would be cool but the question is would it glitch x and y because grass pokemon wont fly and the game dose not have flying animations for some set pokemon.

So if it worked and oddish flew it would be like that pokemon episode where oddish wants to fly and that girl is checking the weather.

I believe the past tense of fly is "flew".
It's impossible. Oddish can't legitimately learn fly, so creating an Oddish with the move fly and then trying to transfer it from your PokEdit profile> Pokemon BW/B2W2 > Poke Transfer > Poke Bank would be impossible as it'd instantly get categorized as an illegal pokemon.
The only way you can obtain an Oddish with the move fly is if you were to hack your 3DS yourself and then change its moves.
