Hi there everyone! This is Silverwind from Galaxy Cycling. Due to the frequent move-in and outs from Nara, my cycling town, I figured that it is time I created a thread of my own so that I can live-update the masterpost. 
Last but not least, my time zone is GMT+8!

- No reservations except fellow cyclers from Galaxy Cycling and close friends / friends I know irl.
- Dreamie proof required for Tier 2 and above.
- Tier 1s and selected villagers at my discretion will be auctioned. Alternatively, anyone who can offer me the villagers/items I am looking for (refer to spoiler below).
- All villagers available for adoption (in green text) are on a first-come-first serve basis.
- No bad behavior tolerated in this thread and in Nara.
- All villagers are free (except those mentioned otherwise). Tips are not compulsory but greatly appreciated.
- With relevance to the above point, PLEASE DO NOT SELL THE VILLAGERS I GIVE YOU (applicable to all free villagers). Violators will be banned from any adoptions in this thread. In the case of accidental move-outs, please keep them free.
- Villagers can be requested to be removed from auto-void but it does not equate to reserving him/her. Kindly understand.
- Villagers that are moving out will be held at varying times (except auto-voids duh). I usually hold villagers slightly longer if I know someone is lurking for him/her. Please refer to announcements on-thread.
- I reserve the right to make the final decisions with my villagers.
- I give out positive wi-fi ratings. It is greatly appreciated that you do too. With that said, do not post negative PMs, VMs, ratings and whatsoever.
- Include "So shiny!" in any part of your post to prove that you have seen this!
