how does everything for 3.8 mil sound? i totaled everything it added up to 3.69mil and i dont really know what the superstar is worth so i tagged it with 110k and made it 3.8.

everything's there including the items without prices. 1mil for the chest and 200 for the cannon. oh i forgot the cacao tree make it 4mil. its easier that way.
