Flowers and hoarder mentality

Don't like fences, so I use custom clover/pebble ground tiles around those flowers that I don't want multiplying out of control. I look forward to rainy days now. I like the rainy day soundtrack. As for extra DIY recipes, I used to hold giveaways. But I don't have time for that anymore, so I just sell them at Nook's Cranny.

I literally have so many hybrids and regular i have no idea what to do with! I feel like if i were to get rid of them, i'd plan a new area in town and need them for something :c but its getting too much.

This is what happened on my island too. I just let them grow because pretty flowers!...And then it became an invasion. The pansy strip, cosmos chaos and more. The current flower plan was to breed green mums, but I had no room to do so. >.> I ended up digging up most of the basic flowers feeling a need to reset everything.

Now there’s a bunch of hybrid flowers on the beach. I don’t really want to get rid of them since hybrid islands aren’t a thing anymore(in which I wonder why this change was made...). At the same time, they don’t exactly fit on the beach. Still better than another invasion.
