I have been breeding for hybrids on my beach and squirreling them away in my storage as they appear. I seem to remember something about hybrids not appearing as frequently if you leave them in your town. I have quite a few now and would like to start using them, but does that mean I will stop getting new hybrids if I start planting the stored ones?

Flowers will always spawn in random locations. It comes down to watering the flowers you want to breed.
