I've already tried to sell her twice and not a single soul replied. So now it's her moving day and I really don't want to void her, because there are people out there who actually want her.

So I'm selling Flora for 200k. Anyone interested?

I know what you mean, I find it very hard to trust too, I treat peoples towns how I expect mine to be treated so you'll never get any thieving, running, shopping , talking to other villagers, digging, picking up items from me.

I think there is a definite unwritten code of conduct that players need to live by x
