I’m progressing with building my island but I need help with getting seeds for blue, purple, black, and pink flowers (mainly roses) but anything helps I need these colors to help bring some pop to my island

I don't think seeds exist for those colours in New Horizons unfortunately, you'll have to cross-breed for them or purchase them from other users.

unfortunately, you can't just buy the seeds specifically for those colours :c there are set base colours in which the flower seeds come in: usually white, red, and yellow. from these three colours, you can cross-breed the hybrid flower colours that you stated above.

this link explains a little bit more on what colours you need for specific hybrids. i hope this helps you narrow down your search.
