How do you add spoiler tags? (Seriously, I'm hopeless)

How do you cross out text? I would show you, but given that I'm incapable of doing so, I need someone to help me. XD.

I realized bow pathetic it is that I've hit 1,000 posts and have yet to discover how to use these. XD
