Flashing blue and red light

so every now and then where it will flash critically low battery under your 3d switch its flashing blue or red lights randomly if someone knows why let me know! thanks

...I don't actually know the reason, though. I've never seen it happen to anyone else with the original 3DS, 3DS XL, 2DS, or New 3DS models. . Maybe something's crossed in there?

I know an orange flashing light mean a friend has come on their DS. Think the blue means nintendo has downloaded things inro eshop? I might be wrong though.

Blue means there is an update.

I thought blue meant StreetPass

The StreetPass light is typically green.

Blue is Spotpass, Red is Critically Low Battery, Green is Streetpass and Orange is Friend Online :3c
