Buying Flamenco Hat???

No matter what i do i cannot get it at the Able sisters :/

The Flamenco Hat was a Spotpass DLC in EU, so the Able Sisters won't ever carry it unfortunately :c but it is a reorderable piece, so hopefully someone can get one for you! (Sadly that person is not me, but good luck!)
