what is the biggest carp?

my biggest was 28.40 inch

Do they just want carp or is one of those "biggest you can find of anything" tourneys? I can't play til I get home from work. And I'm not gonna miss the last one before bugs take over all summer. Wish they had another streetpass weekend coming up too.

I think it's for a specific fish.
I got sea bass.

The May tourney can be either carp, black bass, and sea bass. It's different for everyone, though I got sea bass in both my towns.

Just in case anyone didn't know, you can only get the fishing tourney furniture if your fish is larger than the average size (26.75 for carp, 22.75 for black bass, 39 for sea bass)

I got the carp. Every other time I got sea bass and now I was surprised.
I'm playing in german so we haven't got inch.

That's better than every single one I caught. My biggest was 45.90

i got black bass for my tourney. the biggest one i ever caught was 25.5 inches, but the biggest one i caught today was 23.7. i was in first place for a while, but chester beat me out at the last second.
it's all good though. i'm happy for him!

Spent a good few hours hunting down a new record carp. The one I turned into the tourney was 28.80in. But I just now caught a 31.95in carp.

Right now waiting to see if someone else beats that first submission, since I still need the silver fishing statue for my catalog.
