Amelia was the first to give me hers. I was a bit surprised because I didn't plan on keeping her as a permanent resident, but I guess I talked/gifted her enough to get her photo. I let her move out maybe a week or so later. I still have her photo in my upstairs room hanging on the wall with the other villager photos I've managed to get.
Mine was Patty, I think I was a few months in. I didn't really try for the first while because I was so busy trying to make money/build house/bridges/ramps and such. after her I got a couple more pretty quick and then it stopped. I didn't know they had changed the rules for getting pics and as a result Beau moved before I could get his pic(if i had known they changed things I would've kept him longer). Once I found out about the fruit stack/full inventory tricks I started getting them again. There were a few who just refused to give me pics, Walt Roald and Raymond. Well today I finally got the last one(Raymond). So happy! I put all their pics in front of their house so you can easily tell who lives there.
It really is one of the best in game moments
