First Impressions NEW Super Mario Bros.

I just heard about it today because I saw it on a commercial at school watching this thing called Channel One News which I usually read stuff like Harry Potter when that stuff is on, but I saw this old-style Mario, then he got a Mushroom, the he went 3-D into new kind and I was like 'What the Hell...?' and then I understood it that it was out.

That sums up how I found out about it.

Is it just a remake in 3-D?
It's supposed to be a whole new game!

BTW, fish can you tell me about the minigames?

I have been pouring over the NP Article about it. Anything else you care to share?
yeah, i'll warn you guys ahead of time, dont waste your big coins on mushroom houses.

:P

The minigames are more of a disappointment than anything... they're all the ones from Super Mario 64 DS... not that great, but atleast a couple are multiplayer, i never really got around to playing them though, i was all in adventure mode.

:P

I just went out and bought the game at Best Buy. They had 100 copies!

:o But they were all in the back of the store, in boxes. They werent even on shelves yet. THIS GAME IS AWESOME! I'm on world 2 which is the Desert world, I've beaten 3 bosses (Boswer JR 2 times, Bowser 1 time). If anyone wants any other info on the game, PM me.

I just bought this at Wal-Mart tonight.

Thanks for the early hints, fish!
no problem, i bet you're already farther than i got.

:P

@Link - yes, this game is totally worth buying, and its not going to be one of those "beat it and throw it out" games. this one will stay in your collection forever.

My :@ Walmart doesn't :@ have the :@ game yet :@ . My mom checked, and the store person told her that she wasn't the first person who asked. So I'm guessing TK heard this tragic news, too.

link1704... this game is the first original 2-D Mario platformer in decades. I think it's worth buying

-_- The graphics ARE awesome, the gameplay *looks* awesome, the whole thing's awesome.

Darn. I forgot to give my dad money for it so he could buy it on his way home from work. Oh well I can wait untill tommrow. <_<
