Giveaway First Bell Giveaway~!

Hi everyone! I've decided to do a giveaway for bells because people on here are super nice and I'm feeling generous! I also had a really good day so I'm in a good mood c:

To enter:
Draw my mayor (1 entry)
Draw my mayor and one of my dreamies (2 entries)

*Dreamies are in my signature indicated by a red rose + Lobo and Fang*
*Drawing my mayor and >1 of my dreamies will still only equal 2 entries*

RULES

• If you've won, I'll PM you and give you 3 days to respond. If you don't respond within 3 days, I will choose someone else.

• Please understand that I am a full-time student and have a part-time job, so I cannot reply to your message right away, but we WILL find a time to meet.

• Please be courteous to others if you do not win.

• Winners will be picked in this order: Third place, second place, first place.

• Write "harrumph" in your post so that I know you read the rules.

Simple, right? I won't be judging on the quality of the artwork, but I do expect something more than a 30 second sketch on MS Paint.

First place gets:
5 Million Bells

Second place gets:
2.5 Million Bells

Third place gets:
1 Million Bells

If I think your art is spectacular and you are not a winner, I will give you 500k. c: This is all based on my personal preference, so please don't be offended if I don't offer you 500k.

Sorry, the outfit is sort of hard to see. It's a blue denim jacket with white stitching and a pink dress with a brown belt. I'm also wearing black leggings and mary janes.

Winners will be chosen using this. I will take a screenshot and post it for proof, of course.

Giveaway ends Friday, March 28th 9PM MDT (Mountain Daylight Time) GMC - 6:00. Entries will not be accepted after this time. HOWEVER, if I am busy and have not posted that the giveaway is over, then entries will be accepted until after I say so.
