First 5 villagers get their furniture reset when moving to another island in 1.2.0, right?

Just want to make sure, I've heard that was the case before but I'm a little paranoid it might have gotten changed. My first Uchi villager is somebody's dreamie and I'm trying to TT her out. By reset I mean they get it changed from the bare-bones layout to their usual setup.

I had Audie as my Peppy starter and I recently moved her to my brother's island for the time being. I can confirm that her house changed from the basic peppy house to her normal setup!

Adopted villagers always move onto your island with their original interiors. The default interiors only apply to your own starting 5 villagers.

It was never the case before that they kept the basic house.

Yeah, can confirm it was always like this. I got Audie from a player who had the default Peppy interior (meaning it was one of #3-5 villagers). After she moved to my island, she had her unique interior design you'll see on most wikis.
