I missed fourth of july on CF and i want some roman candles x5 and sparklers x5

4th of July on CF didn't have sparklers or Roman Candles. That's only on Fireworks Show. And Roman Candles/sparklers are like 20k or something.

It didn't come out that long, we still got another 3-5 months till the ACCF anniversary

Oh the firework show is in August. (yah.. I tted)
Tortimer gives you a unlimited amout of roman candles, just drop every candle you get on the floor untill you get the amount you want.
