I don't know if it's because I'm stubborn and just assumed that you grow blue roses the same way that you did in New Leaf, but I've been working toward them since day one and I still haven't grown any! I just ended up buying one.

You can get them in NH the same as in NL, but there are ways to get better odds. My first blue came from two black that spawned from two hybrid red...
