Actually a Mermaid
I have been trying for a while to achieve perfect town status and I thought for sure I needed more PWP but I found out today I have finally reached it! ^-^% I'm just so excited ^-^% I guess I achieved it 1-2 days ago because a Jacob's ladder flower appeared and I just thought "oh cool flower must be because of spring" because I didn't know it was something that goes with perfect towns! Okay sorry, I was just really excited and wanted to share! ^-^%
