Pokémon Finally got ORAS!

I'm in a great mood because I finally got my hands on Alpha Sapphire after dealing with a purchasing error for about a week (made a thread about it at the treehouse a bit ago). It's been hitting me hard with nostalgia. I got Sapphire back when it was released and played the hell out of it, so man, it's been fun doing it all over again. I've been taking it nice and slow since I'm known for blasting my way through the story sometimes.

Would anyone mind adding me to their 3DS for ORAS? I'd love to have some somewhat active friends to share O-Powers, trade, and battle from time to time. Only about four people on my friend list have the game. I also play Smash, New Leaf, Pokemon X, and MK7 semi-actively too if that matters. Let me know you added me and I'll add you back!

Just added you! I know the feeling. I bought it on the release night and the bank screwed me over for over a week (took them that long to process the purchase). At least Pokemon is the kind of franchise that has pretty active players though.

Thank you! I'm having the exact opposite experience. All my friends have or are getting Mudkip! My fiancee will have him as a starter whenever she gets her copy, so I decided to get Treecko. Which is funny because when the original Sapphire came out, I hated how he looked, but he goes hand-in-hand with the Froakie that I sent over via Pokebank. Mudkip is adorable though... who wouldn't love him?

I can't say that I like Treecko too much, but he and Mega Sceptile look pretty cool! And you're totally right, who wouldn't love an adorable Pokemon like Mudkip? I guess people who look for tougher Pokemon? Who knows. xD Anyways, good luck with your game! They've added a few more neat features, so the game shouldn't be boring at all. Have fun!
