Filbert is crafting the spooky chair!
Not sure for how long he will craft so come quick if you didn't have the chance to learn the recipe yet!

Saharah is barricaded at the shrine on top (straight from the airport) if anyone is interested. I got the ruins wall and crosswalk flooring from her.

Filbert's house is a bit hidden so will guide you to him if you need!
