Fences recipes not available?

Is it possible that a single recipe never appears on the Nook Miles program? I'm playing ACNH since day one and I've never been able to get the barb-wired fence. Is my game is bugged?

I don't know, but I haven't seen the blue iron fence DIY, so maybe there is a bug.

It is just bad luck, everything is completely random and it only selects two at a time.

Yeah, just bad rng I think so don’t give up. For me it was the stone fence that just wouldn’t show up; Only got that one last month after playing since March & checking most days. Maybe last resort you could check the train station or re-tail & arrange a trade?

Yeah, if you already own the diy it will ask if you want to purchase it again. Say yes and you'll get another DIY card you can give to someone else.
