Female Eevee?

I was wondering if anybody has a girl eevee that i can trade/have. I would also really like one on level one.

Okay, you can try but i kept on breeding them but, i always got males.

I have a Level One Female Eevee.

If I could get a low-level Chimchar or Turtwig (below 14) in return that would be nice, but something else would be acceptable too if you don't have that.
