Jeez, 50$ for an NFC? Thats ridiculous, it should have stayed at 20, which is how much mine was when it came out.

I payed $50 for the Walmart NFC because I started playing AC:NL only a couple months ago...

I got my NFC reader not too long ago from the Nintendo store online for just under $20. I think it was a couple of months ago.

When I got mine I payed $21.96 and it was a package that included the reader and happy home designer and a card. I got it online at a discount site though.

Yep! The price was jacked because it was the last one Walmart had in stock nationally.
