Some quick rules!
- My Timezone is CST!
- Lurking is most definitely allowed
- Reservations are only allowed for Lurkers - Reserves are free.
- If a villager decides to move, Lurkers are notified and have 2 hours to respond. If there's no response, I notify the next lurker or the Villager is made public. HOWEVER... I'm very flexible with schedules. See next bullet!
- If a Lurked Villager moves in, I'll notify the Lurker(s) about it via PM/VM! Then we can discuss schedules. If Lurker A. works 9-5, I'll let them know the villager's ready to move at 8 or 6. If they don't respond... See previous bullet!
- You don't have to wait for me to lead you to your villager. Just go ahead and get them ♥
- Tier 5 Villagers are auto voided after 3 hours, unless lurked for.
- Tier 1 Villagers are Auctioned, unless lurked for. Failure to respond in the 2 hours does mean they get moved to the auction, but you can still find them that way!
- Drop half the TBT before the visit, then the rest afterwards!
- I only really accept TBT, but I can accept IGB as a last resort.
- A Wifi Rating would be very, very greatly appreciated!
