Normal: Way too many to list, as I like a lot of them. Caroline is my single favorite villager, but I also like Maple, Celia, and Marina. Really, I could go with virtually any of them, though.
Snooty: Hard to decide -- I'll go with Pecan or Mathilda.
Peppy: Wendy
Uchi: Diva or Shari
Lazy: Drago
Cranky: I really don't like this personality at all, but if I had to pick, Chief is the least bad one I've seen.
Jock: Poncho
Smug: Keaton or Shep
