Favourite things in New Leaf?

Hi everyone
What are your favourite things in Animal Crossing: New Leaf?
My favourite thing is that you can choose your town map and the placement of your house. Of course I also love that you can change your eye colour. I also like the town tree and how it grows after a certain amount of time, I think it has been a great idea!

I like the fact you can change your eye colour, too.
Oh, and I like the fact that getting villager's pictures was implemented back into the game.
