Favourite peppy villager?

Hi all, I'm looking for a new peppy villager. I currently have Audie and I'm really struggling to like her which I didnt expect when I first found her on an NMT tour. I dont really think the peppy personality fits her, her house exterior is quite a clash with the rest of my town, I swear shes working out every time I see her etc. I was just looking on recommendations for a peppy to replace her

Sprinkle is my personal favorite peppy and I actually replaced Audie with her which is ironic because I had a hard time liking Audie as well

Also had Audie and let her move. I do still like her but in my eyes, she’s not a peppy. It just doesn’t make sense to me that she is. That’s also why I let her go.

I have three peppy villagers! Cookie, Flora, and Audie. Of them all, I would order them like that from fave to least fave. I do love Audie, but she does have fitness as her interest and she spends most of the time on my island working out. Flora has a play interest so she's always running around, doing zoomies, trying to catch bugs, fishing, sleeping under trees, etc. Cookie has a fashion interest and I just think she's the cutest ever like she's Adorable in NH. I love giving her different outfits to wear, and I just love talking to her bc I honestly think she's the cutest like UGH I LOVE HER.

I would highly recommend Cookie and Flora. Also, Sprinkle is a really great peppy and very cute (also an interest in play) and I also really love Tangy ;w;

I had 3 peppies in my town and I love Tangy! She sings, and I think generally fits the peppy personality really well!! I also had Audie, but she worked out so much it was hard for me to believe she was a peppy. Rosie is cute, but I didn't interact with her a lot since I moved her out for a friend.

There's quite a lot of neat peppies out there like Sprinkle, Bunnie and Flora!

This is good information to know. Just wondering where you found this information about interests cause I'd love to know!

I had Flora und currently have Bunnie. They are both great imo. I never saw Flora work out, I am not a huge fan of seeing the villagers work out, the sporty clothing ruins some of their aesthetic to me. Bunnie does a lot of Yoga which kinda fits her though (and Peppies in general I feel).

There's a whole datamined document right here of every villagers interest, preferred styles, and fave colors! I believe they are more willing to wear clothes of their fave colors :3c

Omg same! My Flora has never worked out, and I've seen Cookie doing yoga stretches like twice. Flora is just an outdoorsy nature girl who like bugs and fish, and when she runs around on the beach I love her little bird footprints ;w; she's just so cute

I have Audie as well so I won't talk about her, but I recommend Agent S! She's a superhero and really fits the superstar aspect of a peppy! She's really cute too!

I desperately wanted Audie going into NH and was even hoping she'd be peppy before the personalities were revealed. I love alllmost everything about her except one thing... her constant working out and horrible workout outfit!

I feel so petty being bothered by such a superficial detail, so I'm trying really hard to get over it. But come on, Audie, you're not a jock! (She works out WAY more often than my jock does.) I wish she did dance moves, aerobics, and yoga instead of the constant weightlifting. And her workout sunglasses are just awful. They totally ruin an otherwise beautiful villager.

Now to answer your question, I also have Bianca and adore absolutely everything about her. My friend has Sprinkle who is also great and likes to sing.

If I were ever to replace Audie I would like to try Dotty, Carmen, Bluebear, Wendy, Ruby, Ketchup, or Nibbles. Tbh, if I had an Amiibo card for Audie I'd probably try out those other villagers for a bit to see how they made me feel. But since I really love a lot of things about Audie I'm too scared I'd regret letting her go.

I love Rosie to death, but a lot of that is for nostalgic reasons. She's been my gorl since ACGC days. For some reason she's always been in my town. I also like her design. I think she really fits the peppy personality very well.

I think Sprinkles is really cute, too. If she showed up in my campsite I might consider asking her to move in.

Also, I really agree with people gripes with Audie. I'm not a fan at all of her green tracksuit and her enthusiasm to always be working out. It just doesn't fit her laid back aesthetic and house (at least to me). Everything else about her I love, though, so it's a shame.

Thanks so much for that link! Really helpful to know and now that I apply the interests to my villagers it really makes sense!

Flora I think, she's a flamingo so the pink color and the fact she's a bird goes well with the overexcited peppy personality lol

Audie is my favorite, but since you are trying to replace her, I can’t recommend her to you. Recently though, I visited someone’s island to water their flowers. One of their villagers was Chrissy. I had her as one of my starters back in New Leaf and realized how much I missed her when I saw her and talked to her. She’s just such a cutie. Would probably move her in if I find her in my campsite. Also her design definitely matches the personality.
