Pretty much anything from LoZ is golden, but I have a soft spot for Saria's Song. I saw Symphony of the Goddesses when it was in my city and it was absolutely incredible.

Otherwise I love the Mega Man X music... Storm Eagle gets stuck in my head a lot.
