This is so hard but I love all OP osts.
And Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun's instrumental one (tetz--- something I can never remember long Japanese titles/names)
I also love ClariS songs from Oreimo and Nisekoi <3 And the Secret Basement (I'm not sure if that's the title) from anohana

.hack//SIGN and Noir both have amazing soundtracks. Everything Yuki Kajiura does is great, but those two are my favorites, especially Melody - Salva Nos version and Canta per me from Noir.
I've also been really into Initial D music lately. That's pretty much all I've been listening to.

I love anime OST's! They sound even better once you've finished watching the entire anime.
Whenever I listen to an OST of an anime I used to watch, I start remembering little significant
moments that make the song connect to the anime. I have a bunch of favorites I'd love to share!

I'll admit I'm a total fanboy of DBZ, I've been watching it since I was like 12 years old but not so much anymore. I'm not sure if it's my favorite but it's definitely the one that I remember and the one that affects me emotionally the most...I get goosebumps and am on the border of crying everytime I hear this song ;_;
Ah no no no, not enough time or space to put them all.
Just imagine all the Code Geass songs, the intros to D. Gray-man and Gundam series, Bleach OSTs, few Japanese Yugioh intros, and some various other songs from anime and that'd finish my favorite songs from anime

Ohhh it's so hard to pick just one ^^.
I think firstly comes the Card Captor Sakura OST. All four of them. I have always loved Card Captor Sakura and the soundtrack plays a big part on that. It is one of the most beautiful, powerful, and cinematic OSTs I have always heard.
It's also one of the few anime that has OPs and EDs I like.
Kaleido Star also has a very nice cinematic soundtrack. It was very unexpected but I loved it.
Shingeki No Kyoujin. I think the soundtrack played a big part on how much hype that anime received. Like my friend says I'd say that soundtrack is "God-Tier" hahaha. Really beautiful and powerful. Not to mention both OPs were done by Linked Horizon, which is a sideband of the founder of one of my favorite bands called Sound Horizon. ^^
