I love smug villagers. They're really hilarious with their constant flirting and how much they shoot themselves in the foot. Yet at the same time, I also love how genuinely nice they are and in spite of how much they flirt, they do care about your wellbeing and want the best from you.

I also love uchi villagers for how realistic they are. They're certainly tomboyish, but they still enjoy girly activities. I also especially love how much they care for the player and give you medicine whenever you get a bee sting. Overall, it's great to see a personality that is both balanced and likeable.

Normal is second, as my town has many normals, 3 (well 4 but I don't count Lily) and they all talk about different things.

I'd definitely say either cranky or lazy. Both are so relatable and in my opinion have the best options of villagers.
