Definitely Colress. He tried to take Pokemon's power to the next level without even knowing about mega evolution. It would be great to possibly have him be in Z

pokemon X is my first pokemon game, and i really liked Lysandre. But when i first met him my head just went dude, villan, omg your hair you are a villan .-. so i was a little bummed out. His plan though was pretty well thought out (?) ish- and i loved the battle music for team flare <3
