Err there aren't many I like. Here's a list.

I like Katt and Tammy. they're really the only uchi villagers I like tbh.

Probably Cherry, but I really don't like the uchi's. Second favorite would have to be Fuchsia.

Cherry. Despite being a bit heretical in saying this, what with Lolly being my #1 villager, Uchi is my favorite personality in the game. Too bad a select few actually look attractive. Cherry is definitely one of them. I could imagine her talking with a New York accent, and everything. Also, she made me use the term "Wafflehanger".
