Caroline is my single favorite villager (I really like that she's red, and she also has nice large blue eyes and curly blonde hair). And she's a normal squirrel! I have no idea why she's in tier 5, and this is a perfect example of why I think popularity tiers are ridiculous.

After that, I would say Celia, who is one of two female eagles, and really cute at that (I like the light green that she has on parts of her face and wings). Again, I have no idea why she is in tier 5.
