I would give my soul for a shiny mew (or even a legit mew. Okay maybe not my soul, but I seriously love mew. Blue is so much better than pink even though i love it regardless what color.

Lugia: Probably my favorite legendary shiny. Fitting because Lugia IS my favorite legendary. I have one sitting on my team in ORAS, and if my guesses are correct, I believe Lugia will be available in the Tundra Crown update coming out on Friday. I plan on transferring it up to my Shield game.
Dragapult: Dragapult is probably my favorite mon from gen 8. I love its B-12 Spirit head and its weird, tiny hands. It quickly became my second favorite pokemon (right after good old T-tar) and I've got one leading my team in Shield. I actually posted a picture of her over on this tread!
Chandelure: It's shiny looks especially Halloween-y. Very fitting for a ghost type.
Metagross: Just plain awesomeness. Love the gold 'x'.
Spiritomb: I like the eerie pale blue color and purple orbs.
Milotic: IMO shiny Milotic is better than its normal colors. I need to transfer the one I have in ORAS.
Chimecho: I just love its colors, and Chimecho is cute.
Rayquaza: Rule of cool shiny!

Shiny Espurr is one of my favorites, the pastel-ish pink fits better to this Pokemon than the grey in my opinion. As for legendary Pokemon, I always found Rayquaza much cooler in it's shiny version compared to it's original one.

Just going off of the ones I've hatched on gpx+... You'll probably see a pattern here.

- Spinarak/Ariados, but mostly Spinarak. I love my little blue spider babby. Its regular green form is cute, too, but something about seeing it's lil spider butt in blue is pleasing.
- Zorua & Zangoose: Also blue, but instead of red.
- Solosis and Duosion: I wanna say the colour is turquoise...
- Reuniclus: No more green in the blue, just a solid blue colour, instead of green, again... Like Spinarak.
- Maractus: Oh my god it's so pretty. I love how the darker green parts became a magenta-like colour and the flowers aren't pink; they're yellow. I just really like this shiny, especially since, like Zangoose, it doesn't evolve, so it has these colours forever.
- Sneasel: It's pink. PINK. From a dark blue-green and coral colour to pink and yellow. I love it.
And the icing on the cake, because it probably seems like I dislike green (it's my favourite colour, actually):
- Teddiursa: It's a mint green colour and it's so cute and it's a lil green babby bear with honey paws and it would be the perfect Pokemon to be painted pastel (imho).

meloetta: it's my favourite pokemon AND my favourite shiny, it's like a mint green which is my favourite colour atm ♡

sylveon: the blue and pink colours are reversed and it looks really cute

metagross: my favourite colour as a child was silver so i've always liked this one
normally i make a team of the cutest pokemon but metagross is lit, i always have a shiny one on my team (except in sw/sh but idc about that game as much)

Oooo there are so many to love but Sceptile, Crobat, and Escavalier come to mind.

Sceptile is my all-time fav, I love the teal color! I was also able to Masuda method a perfect IV one, so I hold it close to my heart. Crobat is my first legit shiny pokemon ever, and I dunno, escavalier is cool too! Honorable mentions are Volcorona, Deoxys, Drifloon, Flygon, and Shaymin. I'm sure there's more I can't remember...

my favourite shiny pokémon would be alolan ninetales! the design is so subtle, yet very pretty imo!

Others like Metagross, Rayquaza or Chandelure are some of my favorites too, but this ninetales is awesome!!

I love these shinies! I got a shiny Politoed in Sword from a Max Raid event and I love it! In Pearl, I got a shiny Ralts from the GTS and I was so happy because Gardevoir has one of the coolest shinies. I also adore the black dress Mega Gardevoir has. Shiny Emboar looks way cooler than shiny Blaziken or shiny Infernape. The blue flame looks awesome! Also, I think shiny Bewear looks like Winnie the Pooh and its super kawaii.
